However, if your order has not yet been processed, our customer service team will be happy to assist you in canceling your order and you can then proceed with placing a new order. Please contact us within 12 hours using the order buyer's email address and provide us with your order number for a smooth and efficient process

*Please note that for tamilo orders, no modifications to the order (including product details, recipient name, shipping and billing information) are allowed after the order is placed. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one. To cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours.

*If you receive an order confirmation email from us, your order has been successfully placed! You can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your recent orders. If paying via tamilo or shop, tamilo or shop will send payment confirmation to the email address you used for your order. If you have paid but have not received payment confirmation, you can log in to tamilo or shop website at any time to check the status of your order and payment.

*Your shipping address does not have a house number or suite number, or may be incomplete.
*The photos used in your designs have been removed from your social networks and we need your help to replenish them.
*Your custom design contains content that may infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights.
*For security reasons, cash on delivery orders are subject to a verification process. Please check your inbox for an email from us and be sure to verify your order by clicking "Confirm" at the bottom of the email within 30 days of ordering. If the verification process is not completed, your order will be automatically canceled.
*You will always receive an email from us if any of the above issues occur with your order. Therefore, if you do not receive such a confirmation email, please be sure to check the spam/junk folder of the email you registered with us. We will need more information from you before processing your order.

*If you checked out as a guest without creating an account or logging in, you should receive an order confirmation email from us with your order number. To track your order, you can register or activate an account and set a password on the login page using the same email address as your guest during checkout. Log in to your account and click Track Order to view your order history and status. Or you can find the live bot chat app in our store and follow the prompts to find order details

Shipping time depends on the product you purchased and your destination, as different products have different stocking locations. If you would like to know your estimated delivery time and shipping charges, please select your destination on the checkout page to get an approximate time frame.
